Return Policy
We are very proud of our products at RaynDrops Media. Each product is custom made, especially for you. We hope you will be thrilled with your RaynDrops Media products.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we regretfully are unable to accept any returns unless the items arrive defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong items. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any of the items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
If items are defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong items, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving such items to request a return or replacement.
To start a return or replacement, or if you have any questions about a return or replacement you can contact us at hello@rayndropsmedia.com. To be eligible for a return or replacement, you'll need the proof of purchase with order number.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return and you do not see evidence that the refund was posted, please contact us at hello@rayndropsmedia.com.
European Union – 3 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. Your items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, in their original packaging. You'll also need the proof of purchase with order number.
